- Usage Restrictions: By using our service, you agree not to use the provided information for any unlawful or malicious purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates our terms of service.
- Changes to Terms: WTFIP.io reserves the right to make changes to these terms of service without prior notice. Please periodically check this page for updates.
AI & Automated Access Policy
Automated clients, crawlers, bots, and AI agents may access wtfip.io and its
machine-readable endpoints (/json, /xml,
/openapi.json, /mcp) to retrieve the caller's own IP
address and geolocation. Our content-usage preferences are declared in
robots.txt via Content Signals:
search indexing is allowed (search=yes),
use as AI inference / retrieval-augmented-generation input is allowed
(ai-input=yes), but
using this site's content to train or fine-tune AI models is not permitted
(ai-train=no). Geolocation data is provided under the IP2Location LITE
license (CC BY-SA 4.0).
